Asylum Chair

Asylum operating chair, modeled in maya and textures in substance painter. The floor material is made in substance designer. The scene is presented in Unreal.
Chair polycount is 7600 triss and the rest is around 17000 triss, the chair is 2048x2048 and the rest of the scene is a 1024x1024 map. Most of the small assets are mid-poly and the clinical divider curtains have a baked normalmap that uses the same texture map as the mid-poly assets.
